Other options charge less.

There are other "IITC" apps that dont charge to enable the free/open-source IITC plugins (and dont restrict you to just a few of them).

This app appears to have some distinguishing features not available in other apps. That earns it an additional "star".

However Ive not evaluated those features (I never got past the plugin pricing).
